Dr. Bob Swiryn, D.C.

Dr. Bob Swiryn, D.C. is a 1992 graduate of Life Chiropractic College, West. He has run his own practice in California and also on Kauai, where he lived for fifteen years. After deciding to leave Hawaii, he worked for other clinics, both locally and internationally, in Germany and Spain. He currently lives and works in the San Francisco Bay area, after returning in 2020.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Dr. Swiryn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and returned to the San Francisco Bay Area to raise his two children. Because he was helped by chiropractors from an early age, due to accidents and injuries to his back, he decided to become a chiropractor himself so that he could help others.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Swiryn has developed a wealth of knowledge to share with those just starting out in practice. His book, “Chiropractic Notes – Straight Talk From A Seasoned Chiropractor” is a collection of thoughts and reflections on the profession that can help chiropractic students become better doctors.

Dr. Bob confesses: “I wish I had a source of information like this when I was graduating from chiropractic college. It could have saved me thousands of dollars in management fees.”
